Support Khiara's Journalism Journey

Hi. I am Khiara Howard, a 10th Grade "High Honor Roll" student at Webster Schroeder HS.
I was selected to attend the Washington Journalism & Media Conference (WJMC) in Washington, DC this summer. This is an awesome opportunity where I will:
Further my knowledge in journalism
Meet and interact with industry leaders
Work through simulations and discussion with peers
Meet other serious students from around the country,
and Earn college credit.

The cost is $2000 for tuition & board  plus another $500+ for travel and expenses. I am trying to raise $2500.
