Kerry Dillon Tugboat Reef

The Kerry Dillon Tugboat Reef deployment is planned for this summer (2018), off of the Treasure Coast of Florida. The 100' tug will be located approximately 13 miles north of the St. Lucie Inlet and 12 miles south of the Fort Pierce Inlet. Reef will be placeed in approximately 120’ of water.
This reef project honors our founding board member Kerry Dillon (of Sea Rover Services) who passed suddenly last summer. Kerry has played a major role in the deployment of many our of artificial reefs along the Treasure Coast and was responsible for much of our annual reef monitoring. SHIP has partnered with Artificial Reefs International, Inc., to create this reef which will provide great fishing and a unique diving experience for decades to come.
