Kentucky Medical Marijuana Lawsuit

We are raising money to keep fighting for Medical Marijuana legalization in Kentucky. Lawsuits are expensive and now a Kentucky judge ruled to dismiss the lawsuit filed that challenges the state's ban.  
The lawsuit was filed by attorneys Dan Canon & Candace Curtis in June on behalf of Plantiffs Amy Stalker, Dan Seum Jr. and Danny Bletcher.

Judge Wingate ruled to dismiss the case September 20th. We have the option to appeal that decision and keep fighting for the right to use medical marijuana in Kentucky & the right to privacy between patients and physicians!

Too many people in Kentucky are needlessly suffering because arbitrary laws impose by the state.
