Kenny McFadden Medical Fund

As many of you now on April 2 I suffered a massive heart attack in Salt Lake City Utah, at that time I had emergency surgery where they put two big stents in my main coronary artery. I was hospitalized for 9 days. Three in cardiac ICU. The company I was working for fired me before I was ever released from the hospital. They terminated my contract and charged me for abandoning truck so they wouldn't have to pay me. So far seems legal since I was considered a contractor instead of employee. I am in for a long recovery period not to mention the medical treatment. Any help is greatly appreciated.
