Kennedy's trip to DC
Donation protected
Kennedy won 1st place, in her division, at the Oregon National History Day contest with her exhibit of The Longest Walk, For Red Power. She has advanced to the National History Day contest in D.C. and needs your help to make the dream happen.
A special thanks to Curtis and the folks at the Tigard Home Depot. She went in with a vision and a $20.00 budget and when she left she had part of her exhibit build, supplies to finish, and a lot of encouragement. She also left with her $20.00 as Curtis and the Home Depot team said "This is on us, good luck"
And a special thanks to Ms. Rowe, Kennedy's history teacher, who has supported her love of history and encouraged her to go the distance.
