Ken Reed's MS Fund for Freedom: Wheelchair Van
Donation protected
My dad, Kenneth Reed, was diagnosed with Progressive MS 5 years ago. Since then he has lost his mobility to walk and stand and has to use a wheelchair to get around. He lives in a nursing home and can not leave when he's up to doing so since we don't have a vehicle that can accomodate him. We would love for a Christmas Miracle to happen to raise enough money to be able to get a vehicle so he can live a life as normal as possible. He has been through so much with this disease. He is still young and has 2 young grandchildren that spend time with him in the nursing home. It would be nice to be able to give him the best life possible by being able to take him places and feel a little more normal and give him something more to look forward to.
There are service vehicles you can rent but that can become unaffordable. We are only able to take him out on holidays because of the costs.
If you feel in you heart to help our family try and make our dad be able to get out and live more of a normal life it would be greatly appreciated.
