Keeping Tatiana at Home (Landlord Deposit)

Tatiana's owners were told by Landlord that they need $500 deposit by first of month to allow her to stay on property. Owners took Tatiana in almost one year ago to help this sweet senior out when her original owner had health problems. They only had 2 dogs approved on lease and Tatiana was a "third" dog. Property Management advised owner of $500 by first of month or Tatiana must leave property. Owners want to keep Tatiana as she has acclimated and bonded to the two other dogs. Owner just had 2 surgeries and has been off work for over a month and cannot afford the increased deposit to keep this girl that she took into her home to help. $500 raised would be paid "directly" to property management as a pet deposit.
