Keep the Camden Dream Alive!
My dad, Steve Bellitz, was born and raised in Camden, NJ and there was no place he loved more than his city. He gave back to the community by returning to Camden to teach at various Charter schools. And in more recent years he had founded and maintained a Facebook group called "Former Camden, NJ People" which quickly grew to over 3,000 members. My dad took great pride in where he came from and genuinely enjoyed reconnecting with people from the same area; all who shared the same passion to give back and better the Camden community.
My dad passed away very suddenly in Jan of 2013. Some of his final wishes pertained to the maintenance of this website amongst the other groups he worked so hard to put together.
When you donate to the Steve Bellitz KCDA Memorial Fund it will help with the expenses of maintaining the website which is dedicated to Local History, Community Service, Senior Dog Adoption and Classic Rhythm & Blues Music; CHECK IT OUT!
