Keep Tenneha's lights on, help with mom's funeral.

Ok guys. Someone needs your help. I'll try to keep it brief but that could be hard.
Tenneha is a client of mine. She is 20 years old with a 5 year old daughter. Tenneha also just had a newborn baby on December 13th. It's been a rough one. Neither of the fathers are in the picture. The reasons do not matter.
Tenneha had a job at a coney island up until just a couple of weeks before she had her child. But she can't go back yet for medical reasons.
Because of this, she has gotten behind on her DTE bill. It's a very small amount, but she still has a shutoff notice.
On top of all of this, Tenneha's mom passed away a few days ago. She has no money for xmas gifts, funeral, DTE bill, her phone is off, and I have exhausted all of my power via the state.
She hasn't shed a tear. She hasn't accepted cash assistance which takes up to 4 weeks to qualify, because in her words "I'll find a better job than they can give me as soon as I can get back to work anyway".
This is a hard working young woman who has gone through more than anyone her age should. She has not begged. She has not acted as if she deserves anything. She is without any other help.
PLEASE help. This is a private gofundme set up by myself. I will make sure every single dime goes to Tenneha and her kids and I will show all receipts when completed. If you know me, you know I've done this before and you can count on it getting done. No matter how much we raise, I will personally front the money to prevent her DTE shutoff for xmas - only $150. But I'm hoping to pay the entire bill (about $300) and enough to float her until she gets back to work for the utilities, and maybe enough for a memorial service for her mom. I'm setting a reasonable goal of $500. A small amount, but an actual lifechanging amount in this circumstance.
