keep my little boy alive
Donation protected
Dalmie is very playful 5 weeks old puppy.
everything seemed to be fine with him but few days ago he started to throw everything just a minute after he eaten. The problem started to appearing when he was trying to drink water as well so I have took him to PDSA.
They have given him fluids and done an X ray with barrium which showed vascular ring- a restriction in his chest which is not allowing the food to go down to the stomach.
It is called Persistent Right Aortic Arch.
I've contacted a Dogs Trust as I was told that he might need a surgery.
Dogs Trust said that they can help with the costs once he will be given a diagnose.
I've contacted the PDSA and they said that they can't put 100% diagnose and they have referred me to clinic where consultation only costs £390 !!!
I'm now so terrified that this precious boy will loose his life.
PDSA advise me either go for the consultation and then for surgery which can fully resolve the problem or to put him to sleep which is not acceptable for me.
I'm hoping that I will find someone to help him out to live a normal, happy life as he is such a gorgeous pup.
One amazing vet from Dudley agreed to do a heart scan, endoscopy and surgery for only £1500. This is a huge discount and a big chance for him.
Thank you for any donations!
