Keep family home after death of family member

My grandad who had raised me all my life passed away in September. He passed due to bladder cancer and was terminally ill. I had no parents and both grandparents had a massive impact on my life (now both gone).
My grandad put his estate in a (discretionary) trust. I have a percentage of this trust. In this trust he has left his house. This house has been in the family for 40 years, I was raised there. It has a plaque in memory of my Nan on the wall. This is a very sentimental house to me that was half way being renovated to make his life easier living with cancer, he did not see it. Because of the repairs that need doing the trust are not letting me live there as it's too costly for the repairs for them to be a landlord. The only way I can keep this house in the family is to buy it.
When my grandad was Ill I got out some loans to treat him before he passed away. I got myself in debt and now cannot get a mortgage to keep this house.
My grandad wanted me to move in with him again and said that he wants me to have it after he passes. The trust are going against this as there's a loophole in the will. My grandad wanted his grandchildren to enjoy the place where I grew up.
To get this house I need to raise £60,000. To pay off the rest of the house, as I own the rest. I hope that you can help me, my two children and importantly my grandad's wishes. I am breaking down every day over this house. It's incredibly sentimental to me and I'm about to lose it. I've already lost my grandad. I don't want to lose all those memories we spent in that house too.
I feel like this is my only hope. I am so lost, confused and so lonely. Please help me raise the money to keep my family home.
