A local Richmond family lost two beloved children this last weekend in a tragic auto accident.
Jesse, 10 and Citlaly, 13, were the bright beautiful children of Carmen and Jose Contreras, and will be sorely missed by friends and family.
The bereavement fund is to help pay for funeral costs, medical expenses and work displacement.
