Kimberly Miller Kowena's daughter Kayleigh was a victim of a violent deadly attack in September. She was left for dead with stab wounds, blunt force trauma fracturing her skull, arm, fingers and shattering the left side of her face. She has to have 24/7 care, her brain is still traumatized and her mother, sisters and aunt are taking care of her.
We cannot release any other info concerning the attack, it is still being investigated by the FBI.
Kayleigh doesn't have any type of insurance or IHS benefits. She does not have any type of ID. This and not being able to physically go into the clinic is hindering her mother's ability to get her chart going at IHS. They are working on it though.
She was hospitalized again Monday needing emergency surgery.
Kayleigh is going to need many more surgeries on her face and skull, Kim is needing help getting her medical supplies, prescriptions, & gas money. Any help will be appreciated!!!
