Dearest Friends and Family,
Our sweet friend Katie Degunther has been ill for the past six weeks. She was hospitilized two weeks ago and now her condition has become critical. Her diagnosis is an intestinal tract infection (kidneys, liver, pancreas) and she will be transferred to UC Davis Medical Center this week. She will be needing further treatment over the course of the next two months. Her treatment costs are significant and she is under financial strain.
As you may know Katie has two children in college and is the sole support of her family. She as suffered tremendous loss the past couple of years losing her mother, father and husband.
We are asking for your prayers, support and donations to help Katie in her journey back to health.
