Kate Strong: Artist Road Warrior Cancer Fund

My dear friend & colleague, Kate, was recently diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer after having a full hysterectomy. She is currently trying to recover from that major surgery, while starting chemo treatments that will last through the summer.
As many of you know, and for those who don't, Kate has been making her living from her art for decades. She travels far and wide, by herself, doing an art fair nearly every weekend throughout the year, which is why we deem her our "road warrior." Kate has supported a family on her income, but that income has come to a screeching halt until she can recover. It is yet unknown if she can do any art fairs this summer, but the amount she may be able to handle will be greatly reduced. I know this impending financial loss is weighing heavily on her, and no one needs that stress while they are fighting for their life! It's hard to keep our girl Kate down, but cancer is trying its darndest...and you can help her win that battle.
