Kasey's Kicking Cancer To The Curb

I know a real life super hero and it just so happens she is my sister, Kasey Wright Larson, and now she is in the fight for her life as she battles a rare form of lung cancer. For several years now Kasey has been having a host of medical problems but she has suffered silently, through smiles, and finding joy in being a mother to Libby Mae. That is who she is.
You may know her as a trusted friend, as a nurse, a teacher, and the family member you don't mind eating Thanksgiving with but to me she is the light that shines brightly even on the darkest of days. She is not one to ask for help. She is probably cringing right now - especially since I suggested we should do one of those t-shirt fundraisers and put something really cheesy on the front. You can only imagine what was said so crowd sourcing it is!
The truth is Kasey needs help as the growing expenses begin to mount and this is just the beginning. Jon does not need to worry about the piling bills and how they will get paid but focus on her and Libby Mae. Cancer just does not care and it takes more than love and prayer to beat it and part of that is money. Kasey is looking at a host of expensive treatments that may even include travel but that will definitely have Jon lessening his work load over the coming months.
So help save my sister and make their life easier as a family. Help ease the burden of this fantastic human being, a real life super hero!
