Help me publish my children's book

My name is Karen and at the age of 37, I was diagnosed with peritoneal cancer and given up to one year to live. Through treatments and surgeries I have lived beyond that timeframe and am hoping to be here to watch my 7 and 3 year olds grow up.
During my journey with cancer, I've learned so much about how to deal with big emotions and crisis.
I've also found that my kids deal better with knowing about what is going on and hearing it in a safe and calm environment.
There have been moments in my journey that I haven't had much hope of being here to guide my kids through many milestones which will come up in their lives.
It became really important to me to leave them with this story - a message from me that they will never forget and a tool that they could use to cope with their grief should they have to one day deal with the loss of their mummy.
I have this book ready to go to the publisher, however need a little help with raising funds to pay for the publishing package.
Please help me to bring this book to life, a legacy for my children and a tool that will help many children going through the painful and confusing time of losing a parent.
