Kangas Powersports, LLC Startup

My name is JC Kangas and My son is William. My son and I are veterans of the United States Army. I retired after twenty years of active duty service as a Military Police K-9 Handler. I did tours in Panama and Iraq. William did five years active duty service also as Military Police, and did a tour in Afghanistan. When my son left the Army, we spent a great deal of time working on our motorcycles and did some work on his former 1SG's VTX.
We decided to go to Motorcycle Mechanics Institute together in Orlando, Florida and enhance our knowledge and skills with motorcycles. I specialized in becoming Honda Certified and William in Honda and Kawasaki. William spent time at a dealership in Florida and acquired Polaris training in addition to his other certifications.
We have long since wanted to utilized our skills to open an independent veteran owned and operated powersports repair center. That is why we have come here, to reach out and find additional funding to start our company. The funds we acquire from you will allow us to contribute to our business loan in buying basic start up equipment and our required building. It will allow us to have some interest free funds for paying for any bills or situations that may arise affected by slow months during the first year.
Our projected opening date is after this coming summer. With your help Kangas Powersports, LLC can become not only a reality, but a potential work place for prior service, family members and others who share a passion for powersports and honest business.
