Kandi's medical emergency

Kandi Goodreau was in a serious car accident 1/31/17 which landed her in Erie PA at Hamot Hospital.  She under went surgery for a broken ankle 2/2/17 and was suppose to undergo surgery today 2/3/17 for a broken sternum.  Things are very complicated with this procedure and she now must wait 2 weeks to see if she will undergo this surgery.  Kandi is in a large amount of pain and will not be able to start the new job she was suppose to start a couple of days ago.  She cannot bear weight on arms or move around without extreme pain.  She will be wheelchair bound for approximately 8 weeks.  

This accident will and has already started a financial strain on her family.  They will need help with medical bills, lodging away from home, food, gas, and every day expenses.  

If you don't already know Kandi, I will tell you that she is the most selfless person I have ever met.  She is always the first person to help someone else.  Whether it was for something her kids were involved in, to family, to perfect strangers needing something she had.  She is a Christian who has a strong faith in God, family, and community.   Kandi is an upbeat, positive person who would never ask for help for herself and family but would give the shirt off her back to someone in need.  She/they are very deserving of a little help through this time of urgency.
