Kaitlyn's Road to Recovery

2017 did not start out the best way for one of my best friends, Kaitlyn McBride. On January 2, while driving home from a family party the wheel of her car got caught in a dip in the road of a poorly notated construction zone just outside of Disney, and her car rolled through the side of the road. Her car was totaled.
Kaitlyn was taken to a nearby emergency room in Winter Garden where they discovered that she has a herniated disc in her lumbar, cuts all over her arms, a concussion, and no sensation in her left foot at all. From there it was determined that she was a trauma patient and needed to be transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center. Kaitlyn spent a week at ORMC of having all kinds of tests done on her to determine what was causing her to have no feeling or control of her left foot, but nothing was discovered except for a blood clot on her spine. They discharged her with instructions to go to Physical Therapy, rest, and await further tests to decide if surgery needs to be done.
Currently, Kaitlyn has been attending physical therapy three days a week and had a few more tests done. She still has severe back pain, a blood clot on her spine, and no sensation or control of her left foot. She has been restricted from driving from the neurologist because she had a seizure and is on anti-seizure medication, and is unable to work at Disney or Expedia because of her injuries. She has made slow, but steady improvements in her therapy and is able to walk without a crutch, with the help of a boot that keeps her foot from dragging, and she is hopeful and determined to make a full recovery in one way or another.
Kaitlyn is so grateful for her friends and family that have reached out to her and drive her to all of her doctors appointments and physical therapy sessions. I'm asking that if you are able to and feel led, that you would make a donation to help offset the cost of some of her medical bills and her cost of living as she hasn't been able to work since January 2.
