Kaiser's Chemo

This is my beautiful boy Kaiser. When I adopted him 7 or so years ago he was a lonely frightened pup at the RSPCA who had clearly not been getting along with his pound mates, so I took him home and he and I have become absolutely inseparable over the years. We have been through thick and thin together but as he's getting older I took out pet insurance for him earlier this year so I could be sure I could take care of him. In May we moved back to Brisbane from Melbourne so I could complete my degree  (I only had one semester to go!) so I took him to the vet for a check up before we flew up. The vet noted that his glands were up and booked him in to a veterinary specialist in Brisbane which we attended on arrival, and as it turns out he was diagnosed with lymphoma. "No problem," I thought, "I have pet insurance".... well, no. Because we visited the Melbourne vet 2 days before the 30 day waiting period for cancer claims was up. Technically he was diagnosed a day after the waiting period expired, but because it was noted that his glands were up (ie he was showing symptoms) they won't pay.

I moved back to Brisbane to finish my degree and am nearly there, but Kaiser's chemo has completely drained my savings and will cost more before it's over. At this point, with two huge final assignments due very soon, I could really do without the extra stress... please help me to do my best to keep my beautiful dog healthy and cheeky for a few more years!!
