Cross Country Nationals in Reno, Nevada!

In hopes of extending my Cross Country season this year, I decided to participate in the USATF Regional race on Sunday, November 18th. From there, I was able to reach my goal and qualify for USATF Nationals which will be hosted in Reno, Nevada on December 8th! This has been a successful season for me, and I have been able to check off many of my goals from the beginning of the season. One of which was running a sub 19:30 5k. My season best was at the State Championships on October 27th, running a 19:08. I already have a goal for next year to break another minute barrier and chase after my mom's personal best of an 18:59! By participating in the USATF National meet in two weeks, it will give me a chance to run on a course I've never seen before which is always very exciting as an upperclassmen. All of the courses I race on in Maine, I've been racing on for three years now. New courses are refreshing and an adventure! During this trip, I will also get the opportunity to meet new people from across the country who share a common passion with me. I can expand my connections and potentially make new friendships! In order to make this trip possible, I need to fundraise. I can't get there on my own. My goal is to raise $800. Any donation is appreciated. Thank you for helping me make this trip possible!
