Even before beginning this campaign, I am full of gratitude. I'm thankful to those of you that have helped me get this far physically and those that have asked how they can continue to help.
It has been my goal to achieve my highest physical and mental capacity and apply that to the competitive fitness field. Recently, I have qualified for the Elite Division at SouthFit.
This means I have the opportunity to qualify for the CrossFit Games!
The event is December 6-8 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. These 3 days of competition will test the athletes across unknown tests, likely to include swimming, olympic lifting, high skill gymnastics or any combination of these and anything fitness related.
