Anastassiya's Recovery

£1,040 of £100,000 goal

Raised by 26 people in 35 months
Anastassiya was in a tragic car accident on the 15th of March 2015. The driver was speeding and the car went off the road and flew into a field approximately 10 meters upside down landing on a chicken house. She was on a passenger sit and took the full impact. She had to be cut from the vehicle by the emergency services and taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast for an emergency surgery. She was in a coma. She had multiple breakages of her neck and spine, broken ribs which pierced her lungs, her collar bones and shoulder blades were broken as well as she had a head injury and much more.

As a result Anastassiya has been paralysed from breast down and has been a wheel chair since then.

Anastassiya was a life loving sixteen year old, enjoying her college course at the Met Titanic in Belfast doing business administration, looking forward each week to her swimming, trampolining and had such a hunger for life! But on mother's day 2015 her life changed forever. She was left paralysed from the breast down and a whole new perspective on life!

"I will never accept this condition as with my faith in god and the desire to seek out alternative therapies against the negative persuasion of the doctors and professionals I hope to be able to walk again. I will never give up!" - Anastassiya says

Anastassiya has always been optimistic and hopes to be able to get a stem cell treatment with intense physiotherapy to be able to walk again.
We have found a clinic that offers hope and revolutionary new physiotherapy with stem cell treatment for those living with a spinal cord injury.

We are fund raising to enable us to get there and spend six months to get this treatment! God works in mysterious ways !

This is the start of Anastassiya's journey to a new life ....
