Support for the King Family

On August 3rd Preston's father was hit by a drunk driver while he was out walking. He sustained numerous severe injuries. Preston, Jessica and the kids had to unexpectedly make a 12 hour drive to be with him. Both Preston and Jessica will have to take time off of work without having vacation or sick days to cover the costs. Working with kids in schools Preston's work hours were already reduced for the summer. This was not planned for, as he was told he would make up the hours working with the kids in their homes, but he has only been given a fraction of his regular hours. He has been in the process of looking for other work to supplement his income, but with this family emergency that too has had to be set aside. To make matters worse they were rear-ended just a hour into their trip, in a car they just bought a couple of months ago. The goal is to raise enough to cover the time they are missing from work, the expenses of their trip and their insurance  deductible for their car. They are good friends and neighbors and could use help to ease their burden during this difficult time.
