Emergency surgery for my dog

Last night when Heiress tried to get up to go outside before bed she started crying and was unable to put any weight on her back left leg. We took her to the emergency vet this morning and she has a broken hip in three places. They advised we rush her to an emergency surgeon in Ma. Surgery needs to be done either today or tomorrow and can cost upwards of 6000. I don't usually ask for help but this is a very unexpected event. Any help would be greatly appreciated .
