Help with our bills

Our truck is being totalled out, but we dont know how long until we will get the money for that. Iam on mandatory bed rest for the duration of the pregnancy with Skyla. Pleeeease!?! There is a time when you have to put your pride aside and ask for help, this is my time!! I need any bit of help from anyone!!!
