Help prevent my mom from becoming homeless

I'm trying to raise money for my mother, who is in a verbally, mentally, and emotionally abusive relationship with my stepfather. He has threatened to kick her out on multiple occasions before, but is now telling her she has until the end of the month to move out. She gets disability checks every month, but it isn't enough for her to make a living on her own. She has no relatives or friends that she can stay with, so if she can't rent a place, she will be homeless. She also has a dog, which makes housing harder to find, but she needs her for emotional support with her anxiety and depression. I want to raise enough money for my mom to have at least 6 months for rent, while she gets back on her feet, saves, and possibly starts working again. I'm trying my best to help on my own, but I'm a full-time student, and I can only do so much. She urgently needs money within the next two weeks so she can look for housing and put down a deposit, anything helps, so please spread the word!!! Also, if you know of any housing or resources within the Alameda county area, that would be greatly appreciated.
