We are a very small veteran, disabled and minority owned business that has been taken advantage of by an unscrupulous landlord.
We were promised a a turnkey operation per our lease but we have since learned that the roof leaks catastrophically and the AC is inoperable. Both of these issues were known by the landlord prior to leasing us the building.
We have hired an attorney but cannot afford the fees to file the lawsuit for violating the deceptive practices act. We need the funds within the next two weeks.
This funding will not only allow us to move forward with our American Dream but will also hopefully prevent him from doing this to others as he has already destroyed the business of previous tenants with the same issues and his refusal to fix it.
