Brad's Medical Fund

Brad, my brother from another mother, has been dealing with a host of medical issues for the last two years that have left him unable to work. Kelsey, my sister, his wife, and basically Wonder Woman has been working overtime and side jobs to keep the two of them afloat as Brad works through his treatments and has undergone multiple surgeries. 

After his latest surgery a couple weeks ago, Brad contracted an extremely aggressive infection that quickly spread and led to an emergency surgery to remove the stimulator that had been installed to help relieve the intense nerve damage pain he's been coping with for the last two years.  As a result, he spent several days in the hospital and will need another surgery before everything is said and done. 

With the unplanned complications, Kelsey has been by Brad's side and continues to take care of him at home. Unfortunately this means that she has exhausted her paid time off and with another surgery on the horizon, will be on a leave from work for longer than anticipated. 

As the two of them focus on getting Brad back to full health, they are also faced with rapildly growing medical bills and basic living expenses on a significantly reduced income. As reluctant as they are to ask for help, a donation in any amount at all will be so much appreciated by the two of them; it will help keep them above water and reduce one element of stress if medical bills become less of a concern.
