Justin Pratt Kidney Transplant Fund

Last December, Justin went to the dentist and found out his blood pressure was extremely high.  After a number of tests and lab work Justin was referred to a nephrologist where they learned he is in stage 5 renal failure.  He is now at only 15% kidney function.  After many more labs, an ultrasound, and a kidney biopsy, Justin was diagnosed with FSGS or focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.  Doctors do not know what causes this, but it is a scarring disease of the kidneys.  The only options left for Justin are dialysis or kidney transplant.  Justin and Makelle are hoping to find a living donor soon!  The transplant will hopefully give Justin many years before he must face dialysis.

Justin and Makelle will be traveling to Chicago for his transplant, and for the pre and post care.  They have health insurance but will need to cover the travel and lodging costs themselves.  Justin also owns his own business and will need to be off work for 6+ weeks after the transplant.  This means he will be unable to earn money during that time.  We are hoping to raise money to pay for any of their needed medical / living expenses while Justin is going through this transplant process.  Any help you can give is much appreciated by the Pratt's!
