December 4,2018 around 7:30 pm Hunter, Zoey & Nathaniel and Avery ward was upstairs playing. while me and my friend Samantha was downstairs. we did not think anything was wrong right away because i went upstairs and everything was fine so i went back downstairs later that night we notice something was different. Every time Avery ward raised his voice hunter would jumped later that night we went to bed....
December 5,2018 Hunter went to school and when hunter come home from school Avery was gone hunter ate and about 6 7 pm that night my friend Jessie was over there to hang out and hunter come out of his mouth and said mom Avery did something to me and i asked him what he meant and he said Avery had sex with me. i ran upstairs and told Samantha what hunter told me. Samantha pulled hunter to my room and asked him herself and he told her that Avery pushed him on Nathaniel bed, covered his mouth put him face down and Avery pulled his pants down. then he pulled hunter pants down and started to hump him....Avery told hunter and Zoey if they told me or Samantha he was going to beat the fuck out of them. While Samantha was talking to him and then pulled Zoey to question her and she said the same thing as hunter did. Zoey is 5 yrs old and hunter 9 i was on the phone with the police and in the mean time Samantha took hunter down to her cousin house and hunter told Stephanie the same story as he told me and Samantha....we waited for the police to show up. the Lima police department took me and hunter to Lima memorial to do a rape kit done.....they caught Avery at 912 elm st lot 35....
Right now Mr. Avery Ward is being housed in the Allen County jail in Lima, Ohio on a $250,000.00 cash bond. his next court date is Friday December 14th 2018 at 9 a.m.
I want justice for my son....my son has to live in fear he traumatized scar for life.....
We are asking for donations to help to help with supplies for protest to help us fight for justice for our family and any other expenses that arise of this.

UPDATE MR WARD FOUND OUT THAT BECAUSE HE IS HIV POSITIVE AND HAS KNOWN FOR OVER 2 YEARS NOW THAT BECAUSE OF THAT HIS CHARGE NOW CARRY'S A LIFE SENTENCE SPECIFICATION. THIS CHILD NEEDS HELP AND JUSTICE. PLEASE STAND WITH US TO MAKE SURE HE GETS THE HELP AND SUPPORT HE NEEDS.
