Please, I would like to come to you, to your heart, to the generosity that you can share, with the purpose of obtaining resources of which to dispose in order to find substantial alternatives (the same ones that through persecution, intimidation and injustice the authorities concerning have denied me, to the extreme of not even be able to find a job from which I can obtain my livelihood and still share it, being homeless and without monetary provision, more than the services of food stamps) in this quest for justice. Long, exhausting and agonizing search that is the daily bread in our minority society, which seems to be immune and indifferent to the pain and devastation of the neighbor, and/or fearful and intimidated by the authorities in command, who hungry for human lives continue in theirs mission unbridled leaving us even those who remain alive... dead.
I will seek with brevity, although it will be complicated, for not only with injustice and cruelty on the day I have declared my before and after (1414/911), but also frequently added the constant violations of my civil rights, indifference, loneliness, robberies, eviction, injustice and the lack of a genuine, courageous and integral legal orientation and support with which to count for the successful result, not manipulated of justice and finally to be able to breathe.
February 14, 2014 in the parking lot of the Warren theaters in the city of Moore, OK and after an adverse situation and correction that as mother we faced with our children and that was already under control; same of which my husband for 22 years Luis Rodriguez didn't take part as his lifestyle was but still found his death. Who was murdered by asphyxiation, with no justified reason (because he did not commit any crime, had no criminal record, was not armed, had no alcohol or other controlled substances, was not aggressive, or defiant to that authority as they have said), by 5 law enforcement officers, that even knowing that he had nothing to do with the incident that they sought to investigate, they diverted their duty and responsibility biasfully, with treachery and premeditation and killed him. Attacking him with kicks, fists, knee, pepper spray and last... with the deprivation of the vital breath, as can be seen in the video (also edited by these same ones after illegally adding to theirs already abusive pattern removed my phone without a warrant and with previous deceptions) when Luis told them "I can not breathe, I can not" and one of the officers, Joseph Bradley responded (the other Ryan Minard, Chad Strang, Brian Clarkston and Tyler Howser) cruelly pressing his head harder with the already deteriorated face against the pavement causing his immediate death. Without having stopped even the injustices, devastation, complicity between institutions, particular businesses of interest, government agencies in this case and no doubts in thousands more, to limit what as individuals, family, society and nation we can (though never in full), Get some form of justice and still be able to extend to others help, support and knowledge to see if not the eradication of this epidemic to see at least their minimization (while criminals licensed, not even face reprimand and jail well deserved for their actions), I humbly request and with immense gratitude for your help, to meet legal expenses and to conduct an intense search beyond the territory of Oklahoma, which seems to have many places to hide their lies and garbage while we still can not breathe.
