Justice for Ryder

On February 3, 2018 my husband and I got a call from our babysitter say our 5 month old son, Ryder, wasn't breathing normally and he had gone limp on her. She said she called an ambulance and he was rushed to Saline Memorial Hospital. The doctors in the emergency room couldn't figure out what was wrong with our child. Once we really started checking him over, we noticed a bump on the back of his head that we had never seen before. So the staff at Saline decided to do a CT scan. A few moments later, the doctor came back with devastating news. Ryder has a severe skull fracture. He was immediately rushed to Children's Hospital where we later found out that he has bleeding on his brain and behind his eyes. We thought we trusted this baby sitter so we were thinking it was an accident, but she would NOT come out and say what happened. So, Childrens continued with their tests. The doctor over our case came out and told us that this was no accident. Ryder had been hit on the head multiple times and he was shaken violently. Our case was sent over to Benton PD, and is still on ongoing investigation. We thought this would be an obvious case where Ryder was abused by someone in that house. Benton PD says they can't force anyone to talk to them so they can't do anything for us right now. They say if they can't get this woman in, then we basically have no case. We desperately want justice for our son who absolutely did not deserve this mistreatment. If you can't donate, we understand, but PLEASE share our story so Ryder can get the justice he needs and deserves. The money will be for a retainer for an attorney.
