Justice For Eli

My story in a nut shell is my boys went with their dad (per court order). On  Sunday October 9, 2016 was when I had received a message from their father that he had disciplined our three year old. When my boys came home with me that night I found out that Josh did not spank my son. My three year old and my 6 year old informed me that the live in gf had whooped Eli. When I looked at his marks it made me sick to see. I went to ER and reported this as neglect and abuse under the care of the boys father, APD got involved, CPS got involved. I waited on these agencies to reach out to me with some news about what was going to happen. They closed both cases. I am not going to give up but the expenses for a lawyer are expensive. To have my lawyer process paper work, to serve the papers, then to actually go to court and depending on if their father accepts my proposal for full custody or not will determine how much it can actually be. Lawyer said it will get expensive if he denies our proposal, which I know he will. So Im asking for help anything helps. Justice will be served for my boys.
