Justabit of Love Fund
Donation protected
My name is Daniel ROBERT (Dan Palma) and I am an artist. I have started this effort on behalf of a group of artists who sell our work through Wild Child Gallery in Matlacha, Florida.
We are raising money for Justabit, a small terrier owned by Peggy McTeague, the owner of the gallery who was hit by a speeding car on November 7. Little Justabit survived but required over $7000 in medical attendtion for his broken bones and dislocations. After two surgeries he is resting at home.
Unfortunately Justbit's mom had to borrow to pay for Justbit's surgeries and medical bills. While she is thankful that she was able to, it has also been a major setback. All funds would go directly to pay off that debt and any additional funds will be dedidcated to helping others in the same position.
The funds will immediately be used to pay off the debt incurred.
This means a tremendous amount to the artists, employees and friends of Wild Child Gallery because Justabit has been a part of the gallery for several years and an inspiration after being rescued and nursed through a difficult surgery to repair a twist in his intestine which was starving him. He is a source of warmth, love and joy and welcomes all who enter the gallery, even other four legged visitors.
This fund is for friends of Justabit and the gallery and will be accompanied by another fundraising efforts including an art auction to be announced in the near future.
From all of the artists at Wild Child Gallery, we thank you for your helping us give back "Justabit of love"!
