Reaching Those In Need

The MacPhee family feeling led in 2005 left the mission field overseas and started reaching families in desperate need throughout the US. Since that time Just for Him ministries has helped families and communities in need with food, clothing, housing, rehabilitation and much needed supplies. These families and communities have been impacted by the growing extreme poverty situations in the US, substance abuse, or by natural disasters.(Most individuals do not realize that there is extreme poverty and the largest abuse rate here in our own backyards). Ken, Char, the kids and a group of volunteers saw the need and felt led to do something about it. The ministry has only one paid staff member and a large group of volunteers at there disposal. The offices run on a seven hundred dollar a month budget which provides and takes care of the drug rehab, housing, food bank, and disaster relief programs. They believing in living simply so that the ministry can continue to reach those who can not help themselves and to help people get back on there feet. Just for him ministries is a 501C3 nonprofit that is living life on mission. Check them out and prayerfully consider being a part with prayers, volunteering, and financial support!
