Juno's Medical Expenses

Donation protected
Hey family, friends, and anyone else reading! As many of you may know, or are just learning, I have two wonderful cats, and one of them, who I love to call Princess Juno, I have recently taken to the vet only to find out that she has bad gingivitis. After taking her to a dental specialist for cats, it was discovered to be juvenile gingivitis. While the cause of juvenile gingivitis is unknown and rare for an 8-month-old like herself, there are a few ways to prevent it from accelerating to feline stomatitis. The recommendation to help her the most is to have a full mouth and teeth cleaning, and the removal of a few back teeth and molars. This will help control what is happening, and with regular cleaning by myself, she should no longer have problems! If the condition gets worse, she will have to have all teeth removed, which is something that I do not want to do.

Juno has not only been a pet for me, but a true love of my life and companion that is always happy to see me and truly has made me feel better through tough times in the past. I am reaching out now to everyone that is reading this in hopes to raise some more for her medical expenses, as her pain medicine, blood work, cleaning, anesthesia, teeth removal, x-rays, etc. will be a costly bill that a full-time student like myself will not be able to afford on my own. This amount needed is the exact amount for medical costs, and I am worried about not affording it and having her go without the treatment she needs. I know she may seem like just an animal that can be replaced, but I take the health of members of my family importantly. I would hate for her condition to worsen the longer treatment is prolonged, so I am hoping to raise as much as I would need for this. Any donation of any amounts helps, and I know Juno would appreciate this as well. These are tough times for myself, and I only want to make sure she gets better. I’m hoping to schedule her surgery soon so she can get better even sooner, and I will be so incredibly thankful for all donations that help me get her back to feeling normal. Even if I can't reach my goal, any donations help make this easier for me to pay off the credit I will have to pull out for this! Thank you all for reading!

Update: The cost of the surgery was $1,800, and I was able to find out my local vet can do it for much less. Therefore, we have a new goal, and $1,000 should be a bit more manageable! Her surgery is scheduled for April 12th, and I'm hoping to get to my goal by then. Thank you again to everyone who has helped, shared the post and everyone who helps in the future. Juno and I appreciate all the love!  ❤️
