July 3rd Fireworks @ Allatoona Yacht Club

The Allatoona Yacht Club 2019 Fireworks Extravaganza will be held Wednesday, July 3rd, 2019 at 9:30pm (time is approximate- show will start after dark)

For over 30 years, the Allatoona Yacht Club has hosted an Independence Day Fireworks celebration.  The Club and its members have funded the show along with some donations coming from other marinas.  Four years ago, the AYC stopped taking donations off the water due to the high risk of collection.  Nonetheless, the great community of Lake Allatoona has continued to reach out to find a way to support the show.

Last year, the Lake Life Admins reached out to the AYC to see if they could help make the Fireworks Show better.  The goal of this fundraiser is to increase the length and intensity of the show.  100% of the net proceeds will go to the fireworks.  The AYC will continue to pay for the permits, insurance, EMS, and the base fireworks show.  The amount of money collected will determine how much greater the show becomes.
