Julian's Tree

In April, my Dad Julian was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal lung cancer, which had also spread to his spine.  He wanted to live, so he decided to fight, unfortunately it was a battle he couldn't win. On December 18th, the cancer took his life when it spread up to his brain, even with him doing both radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In his honor, we'd like to have tree memorial with a plaque on for him. Any help is appreciated, it means the world to all his loved ones to have a tree for him and remember this great man, a loving husband and a superhero dad.
