Julia Burris Funeral Expenses

This campaign is to raise money to help the Wilson family with funeral expenses. There is so much I want to write about this wonderful family. Kellie Wilson single handedly runs a fantastic and healthy daycare, and has raised my daughter for 3 years now with endless love and patience.  Her husband, Willie, has battled several painful health issues over the years to the point where he cannot work anymore,  BUT he never fails to greet me and others with a smile and a warm welcome. The Wilson children-  Brylee, Braxton, and sweet little Blaklee- are cheerful,  loving,  and sincere.  I care about them like they were my own.  

Unfortunately,  this compassionate family is experiencing a great deal of heartbreak as the kids' grandmother,  Julia Burris, has been taken off of life support.  Julia has always been proud of her family and has loved her children,  Willie and Leah, and grandchildren deeply. Julia is a military veteran who served 2 years in Texas. She then worked tirelessly as a ICU nurse for 16 years to help others and make their lives a little better,  a little brighter. Now it's our turn to help her by helping her lovely family.  

All money donated will go to help cover expenses for the funeral of Julia Burris. The VA has helped tremendously to bring the funeral cost down,  but the funeral home requires $2,000 down immediately. Helping this family with funeral expenses is just the tip of the iceberg of what I wish I could do for them.  In this life,  it is rare to find people who will stop everything to help you,  let alone a whole family like the Wilson's.
