Walkabout with purpose on PCT

Hello everyone,

I am Robert Nolan, my partner Raja Interpreter, and I will be attempting to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) which is a hiking trail that spans from Mexico to Canada -- 2660 miles from end to end. We will hike through much of the west coast including California, Oregon, and Washington. This will be an incredible 5-month walkabout and journey which will allow me to put into action the mindfulness and awareness training I have undergone while earning my undergraduate degree, while also giving back. Both I and Raja have been hard at work to save money, we have most of our equipment but still require additional support so that we may feed and protect ourselves as we walk across the country. This adventure is particularly important to us because we are actively working to raise funds for the two organizations close to our hearts-- Arizona 1n10, which serves Arizona's LGBTQ youth, and the United States Judo Association which helps bring martial arts and mindfulness to youth across the Unite States.
