Juana Garcia was a beautiful person who will always beloved and remembered by family and friends. She has left us unexpectedly and too soon. She leaves behind four children and three grandchildren after a tragic accident this week.
She was hit by a motor vehicle while crossing the street on her way home on Tuesday evening, January 22. Everything appeared normal during her initial assessment at the scene but once she arrived at the hospital and CT scans were done, they found her injuries were severe; she had a skull fracture and internal bleeding. She underwent surgery that same evening but never woke up from the procedure.
Juana’s final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.

On behalf of our family, in the most devastating and humble of circumstances, we have setup this GoFundMe campaign to help ask for any donations to help ensure we are able to remember and celebrate Juana’s life with a memorial and funeral. We are also helping to collect donations through Venmo.
