Please help us raise $10,000 to give Joseph the proper memorial and burial services he deserves.
I want to start by thanking all of you for helping me find my son and keeping him in your prayers.
Background: On 31 December 2018, Joseph suffered a massive heart attack. A couple of brave pedestrians found him laying on the street, breathless for approximately over 30 minutes, provided CPR and called the ambulance. Paramedics resuscitated Joseph and rushed him to University Hospital. At this point we did not know where Jospeh was, so we reported him as “disappeared”. After four days, we finally found out that Joseph had been in the hospital all along, fighting for his life. We stood by his side for several days, however, on 10 January 2019, his life support was removed as he was declared brain dead due lack of oxygen in his brain. We are heartbroken. No mother is expected to bury their child.
Joseph did not leave any children behind, however he is survived by his mother, father, grandparents, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 2 neices and 1 nephew. He also left other family members and many good friends. Joseph was quiet but had a big heart. He was strong, he fought and survived cancer and two open heart surgeries all in the past three years. He had soo much life to live and so much love to give.
We thank you and appreciate all the love, prayers and support we have received to include your messages through social media.
Joseph, missed, but never forgotten. ❤️
Thank you,
THE FAMILY
