Jose (Joe) Murguia's Recovery & Assistance Fund

Donation protected
As some of you may already know, Jose (Joe) Murguia is currently experiencing some significant life altering health issues that are ongoing with no end in sight.  He recently posted an update on his condition on his Facebook page which I have copied below to catch those of you don't know his status, up-to-date:

"I guess it's time to put it out there.  Checked into the hospital Monday evening for what I was only hoping was going to be some fractured/broken bones in my swollen right foot.  It's been one hell of a week.  Ketoacidosis, sepsis, blood infection, and a little type 2 diabetes with high blood pressure.  Fevers throughout my stay.  An abscess grew in my right foot that we had to surgically drain yesterday afternoon.  It's going to be a very long road to recovery.  I've had a few major setbacks in my life but nothing like this.  These two boys here are my reasons for living and getting healthy and coming back better than ever.  Major lifestyle changes are already happening because I need to look out for me and because I need to look out for them.  I'm not a religious person.  I'm not looking for sympathy or thoughts and prayers.  I post a lot of good shit so I guess I can post the bad shit, too."

Since this post last week, additional medical conditions have been diagnosed and it is currently unknown if there will be more  in the near future that will further complicate his recovery.  What we do know is that its a minimum of 3 months before he will even be able to be mobile again and it is unknown when he fully recover and able to work again.  The last thing he should be worrying about is how to pay bills and support his sons.  To help him focus on his recovery, this GoFundMe campaign is started to alleviate that worry and to assist in meeting his and the needs of his sons.

Joe is like a brother to me and I know he would never ask for assistance so I'm doing it for him because I know he needs it and  deserves it.  He wouldn't hesitate to help out someone if the roles were reversed.

So, if he has ever helped you, teased you, bullshitted with you or drank with you...then you should know that he likes you and considers you a friend.  Don't let the dirt bag in him confuse you...LOL.  Therefore, I am asking you, as his friend, to find it in your heart to contribute whatever you can toward his recovery.  No amount is too small, seriously...it all adds up.  And I know that deep down in that dark heart of his that he would really appreciate the gesture.

The goal is to make his path a little easier...thats what friends are for.

If you have any questions on his progress, I'll answer them to the extent that Joe is ok with information being circulated.  Or you can check his page for updates.

Send Joe love and light and prayer.  Light a candle.  All positive energy is good whatever method you choose.

Thanks everyone...let's get Joe well!
