Jorge “Jorgito” Martínez Cepeda is a sweet 11 years old boy from the city of Monterrey Mexico. He has been selected to represent Mexico in The World Mathematical Olympiad held on August 9-12th at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. This is a Global Math competition attended by multinational gifted elementary and middle school students. This is the first time Mexico is participating in the WMO.
Jorgito is currently a 5th grader, he has participated in public speaking contests and due to his outstanding participation he was invited to the Mexican Congress where he presented the subject theme “Youth, family and values”. He completed a long selection process to get to this point and it is my pleasure to support him and his family to continue his dream to become a world renown scientist.
With your help we can support Jorge and his family to cost the expenses of the trip to California, all extra money will go to Jorgito’s school education saving funds.
Lets show younger generations that we care and we support international exchange future convergent leaders with the ability to promote learning and the world from novel perspectives.
