Jorge Arturo Lopez

In memory of our father we have set up a memorial fund to help with burial cost.  

To all my family and friends,

I come to you all humbly asking for your support in helping my Mom, and family to reach our goal.

Jorge Lopez was born August 6, 1957. The Owner of  Goleta Autocraft Upholstery Shop in the early 1990's in Old Town Goleta, CA.  Upholstery was his love and passion and did it for many years.   He always wanted to be remembered for his hard work and dedication to his Upholstery! 

Jorge had a massive hemorrhagic stroke on April 24, 2019. He fought for over 3 weeks in the CCU at Marian Medical in Santa Maria and sadly lost his battle on May 18, 2019. 

My Mom, brothers and I suffered quite an unexpected loss. Our mom has lost her husband and best friend! She is a hard worker and is always putting everyone else’s needs before her own!  I don’t think many of us really prepare for a loss like this.  However, her income is far far less than what’s required to prepare for a burial/celebration of life event. 

He is remembered as an honorable, strong, respectable and kindhearted man by family and friends in the community.  

The family is asking for the communities support.  Any amount will help. No matter how small you think it may be, once combined with other Contributions, equals a lot!
