On April 19th, after a routine visit to the pediatrician for a suspected sprained ankle and persistent low-grade fever, Chris and Lindsay had their world turned upside-down when their seemingly healthy 2.5 year old was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
They are staying at UNC Children's Hospital as Cameron begins her treatments under the care of some of the best pediatric hematology experts in the country, but they have a long road ahead of them to get this little girl back to 100%!
All donations will go towards Cameron's medical expenses, as treatment can last up to 2.5 years; this will help them focus their attention on her health rather than the inevitable financial burden they are facing.
