John Bradley's Heart Surgery Fund

Donation protected
Last week, Bradley and Hayden began to worry about John Bradley because he was extremely fussy, congested and was not eating well.  They took him to the doctor and were sent to the hospital via ambulance after they discovered that his oxygen levels were low.

Early Saturday morning, he was transferred by helicopter to Childrens Hospital in Birmingham where initially they thought he had viral bronchitis.  After an X-ray, they noticed that heart looked a little big and he had fluid in his lungs.  Later they requested for a Cardiologist to do an echocardiogram and within a few minutes he broke the news that he heart condition called Cor Triatriatum (there is a membrane separating one of the atriums in his heart).  After the lungs remove the waste and start to pump back into the heart to be distributed to his body it is slowed down by the membrane and is backing up, causing his lungs to fill with fluid.  If not repaired he would eventually develop congestive heart failure.

After his heart defect diagnoses, they were also told that John Bradley tested positive for RSV, which will have to run its course before they can schedule surgery.

We are setting up this fund to help defray the expenses that are a result of any extended hospital stay (bills at home, meals, lost wages, co-pays, etc.)  Please help if you are able!
