John's ALS Medical Treatment
Donation protected
In July, our great friend, John Cannon, was diagnosed suddenly with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), historically known as an incurable motor neuron disease. This was a complete shock to his family and friends.
Even after a second opinion, the healthcare system providers offered no cure or treatment - but a serendipitous turn of events allowed John to meet an MD of alternative medicine, who also introduced him to a survivor of ALS who has been remarkably aided by the specialized testing and cutting edge therapies. The symptoms of ALS not only stopped progressing but have been in remission in this individual.
John jumped headfirst into this holistic approach. Now there is hope and healing for John as he is empowered to improve his health with a more focused target on wellness and preventative medicine. His faith and family support remain super strong as he believes in a complete healing from this chronic illness!
Unfortunately the insurance-based model of medicine applies constraints that limit drastically this level of care. John’s needs for daily medicine, weekly treatments, accessible home improvements, and a used wheelchair van, far exceed his family‘s ability to cover expenses by $7,000/mo.
Thank you for supporting the Cannons in this time of need. These funds will be withdrawn directly by John and his wife Lori, who are responsible for all expenses.
